The Sad Band es una música hecha por el diablo, Mauricio Seara , Lluis Vidal y sus mejores intenciones,
los vestidos mas angelicales y la moda mas estándar. Canciones cocidas por
dentro y crujientes por fuera, hechas de madera y de frecuencias que no llegan
a ser bajas, ni profundas y prontamente perecederas. Alimentadas de existencias, tristezas, nostalgias, melancolías y todo tipo de sentimientos festivos.
Donde la pasión cobra mas fuerza y la vida desespero, donde uno se habla al espejo
y al reflejo del espejo, donde el oro se convierte en hierro y un gesto pequeño en amor verdadero.
La búsqueda de la expresión visceral más enterrada, de manera simple, clara,
concisa, en forma de canción, ente o unidad definida por un sonido acústico, folclórico, alternativo y de vez en cuando progresivo.
